The interim Customer Service Manager will oversee the CS strategy which focusses on delivering a world-class customer experience.

Your new role
The successful applicant will develop and deploy high-quality, high-impact customer experience initiatives.
Analyse customer experience information, compile accurate records/reports and benchmark against other similar businesses or industry best practices.
They will have a collaborative approach and work in partnership with other senior stakeholders, delivering against business benchmarks and objectives.
You will support and develop your team to improve best practice, utilising technology to build scalable solutions.
Manage, mentor and develop the Customer Care team and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment.

What you'll need to succeed
Our client is seeking to hire a highly talented and experienced CS Manager, who can support and develop the strategic plan for the customer service journey.
