The company deal in Sales, Lettings, New Homes and Property Management and was established in 1988 by 3 Directors covering Enfield, Cheshunt, Hertford and surrounding areas.

The ideal candidate must have previous experience within a sales role, but not necessarily within the property industry, although that would be advantageous. You could be a Sales Negotiator looking to get into a New Homes position, or someone completely new to the property industry, but sales experience is essential.
You will be target driven, used to working within a fast paced role, and possess strong customer service skills along with being ambitious and highly motivated to progress your career.
You must have a full UK driving licence and access to your own car.
Salary package and benefits for the role of New Homes Consultant include:
- Basic £25,000 - £35,000 DOE
- OTE £50,000
- Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with 3 in 4 Saturdays with a day back during the week (5 day working week)
