We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our sales department as a liaison between our sales team, internal teams, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring customer satisfaction. You will proactively address clients' needs, facilitate the sale & onboarding process, increase sales, and maintain our company-client relationships at a high standard. Working as part of a team within the wider sales department this role will also involve customer support.

Required experience

  • An excellent communicator, with strong verbal and written presentation skills, and the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Well-versed in working towards agreed and achievable SLAs.
  • Organised, with the ability to multi-task.
  • Possess high levels of customer service.
  • Keen attention to detail

Key accountabilities

  • Support the sales team by conducting pricing reviews for prospective customers
  • Manage the post-sales-pitch operations with the prospective customers, from contract generation, to chasing supporting documentation and liaising with the risk and operations teams to complete the onboarding process
  • Administrative management of sales data within the CRM, handling contracts and pricing reviews to ensure that systems are accurately updated and maintained.
  • Review pending orders and specific customers' requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
