Lettings Manager - £28,000-£34,000 + Commission - Liverpool
Our client is the Number One Shared-Housing agency in Liverpool, with over 750 rental units across Liverpool and Wirral.
They have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, focussed and experienced Lettings Manager with a great work ethic and excellent customer service skills, to join their friendly & hardworking office team based in Liverpool.
This role requires an organised, proactive, and confident candidate with plenty of office & lettings experience, enthusiasm and a keen desire to enhance their skills and knowledge of the property industry. They are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering 5* service and upholding the company brand, whilst helping drive the business forward.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Maximising and Optimising the rental portfolio;
- Booking & conducting viewings
- Answering incoming enquiries via telephone/email/online
- Liaising with tenants & landlords
- Onboarding new tenants and landlords onto the CRM
- Actively seeking & signing up new landlords and properties
- Conducting rental appraisals for prospective landlords
- Overseeing the processing of tenant applications and reference checks
- Taking the lead on producing marketing material for our rental units
- Systematically conducting rent reviews and increases across the portfolio
- Processing move-ins/move-outs
- Supporting property management with deposit claims
- Working closely with the Property Management team to ensure efficient operations
Candidate requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in similar role
- Keen interest in Property Management and Lettings
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft office
- Desire to be an integral part of a thriving team
- High level of verbal and written communication skills
- Full Driving Licence and use of own car
- Strong and Confident telephone manner
- Excellent time & organisation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and following processes
- Knowledge of local area preferable
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Normal working hours: Monday to Friday 9-5, Saturdays on a rota basis (e.g. 1 in 2), possibly one evening shift (12-8 or 11-7) per week.
Salary: £27-30k per year depending on experience, plus commissions
