About the role

An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen to join our fantastic team at Sytner Nottingham as a Bodyshop Manager.

As a Sytner Bodyshop Manager, you will be the leader of a fantastic team living our group Aim for delighting customers and getting it right the first time. Engaging our Colleagues , measuring the productivity, efficiency and profitability of the department. Working with our associated manufacturer and Insurance approvals.

As one of the largest Bodyshop facilities for Sytner Group with over 30 colleagues covering full accident repairs to a busy smart facility, dealing with both internal and external customers this is a wide and varied role that requires adaptability.

About you

Experience and understanding in all aspects of running a Bodyshop and Insurance claims are essential therefore you will already hold a similar position in the motor industry.

In order to succeed in this role it will need a forward-thinking, people orientated person with great process skills. You must have excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner as the majority of authorisations are negotiated over the telephone.

Working knowledge of Audatex and other Bodyshop Systems would be an advantage.
