Senior Lettings Negotiator
Location: Downend (Bristol)
Hours: 9am - 5:30pm and rotational Saturday 9am - 4:00pm
Salary: Basic - £30,000 OTE £34,000
We are currently recruiting for an exceptional Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our successful team in Downend. Key responsibilities: As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will play a pivotal role in connecting Applicants to Landlords ensuring a seamless and rewarding experience for both parties.
Your main duties will include:
- Registering interest and arranging viewings: Be the catalyst in connecting potential tenants with their perfect property
- First-Class Customer Service: Delight Landlords and applicants alike with exceptional service, exceeding their expectations every step of the way
- Going the Extra Mile: Stand out by providing personalised attention and ensuring applicants needs are expertly managed
- Master of the Offer Process: Take charge of managing the offer process from start to finish, ensuring smooth negotiations and successful outcomes
