The successful candidate will be immersed in the UK Brand and Marketing team, which is at the heart of the European business.

The Brand Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the UK-based plush Brand and Marketing team in delivering key product, marketing and retail initiatives across all of the company's plush brands in Europe. The Brand Coordinator will report to the Head of Brand & Marketing, Plush, Europe.

Key Responsibilities-

  • Manage product line plans and other essential brand documents and communicate any updates or changes across all plush brands.
  • Manage the status of brand assets and copy and maintain internal request documents.
  • Work closely with the content team to ensure 'best in class' online retail listings
  • Mange communications within the team on stock timelines
  • Participate in regularly scheduled meetings with our US brand teams and serve as a point of contact for communication and updates
  • Work closely with the brand & sales teams across our European offices
  • Manage communications with European distributors on brand assets and product updates.
  • Assist with new product set-up process
  • Assist in executing plush marketing campaigns
  • Manage social media brand ambassadors, ensuring always on social coverage
  • Collate retail placement, sales and marketing information across all plush brands.
  • Conduct and manage in-store and online retail audit reports.
  • Conduct monthly competitor analysis reports
  • Submit product, retail and marketing collateral approvals to the relevant parties
  • Assist in the organisation of trade and consumer events.
  • Support PR initiatives and awards submissions.
