Salary - £17.14ph + Yearly Bonus.
We're looking for standout
HGV Technicians
to join our team on a full-time permanent basis from our Stoke on Trent workshop. As an HGV Technician with us, you'll be instrumental in keeping vehicles on the road, entrusted with inspections, maintenance and repairs.
Key Responsibilities for a HGV Technician:
- Diagnose and fix electrical, electronic, mechanical, and hydraulic issues
- Utilize advanced machine tools and equipment (if authorized)
- Maintain precise job records and details
- Ensure workshop equipment is in top working condition
- Uphold rigorous health, safety, and cleanliness standards
Skills & Experience for a HGV Technician:
- NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Goods Vehicle maintenance or equivalent
- Strong customer service mindset
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under deadlines
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to excel
- Proficient in comprehensive repair and servicing techniques
- Diagnostic skills and qualifications are a plus
