Role: Senior Accounts Payable Assistant
Location: Central London
Salary: £40-45k + bonus
This is a well-established real estate and property development firm based in central London. They work on a wide range of luxury residential projects across the UK with commercial plans in pipeline.
Due to this exciting growth trajectory, they are looking to expand their finance team by recruiting an experienced Senior Accounts Payable Assistant to join the function.
Role
The Senior Accounts Payable Assistant for this real estate and property firm based in London, will be responsible of a wide range of duties including:
- Ownership of the end-to-end Accounts Payable process.
- Regular invoice processing, bank reconciliations and processing of expenses.
- Dealing with credit card reconciliations.
- Processing manual payments via Barclays and regular inbox management.
- Chasing business for any outstanding receipts.
- Supporting on clearing any backlog on a weekly basis as well as manual payment runs.
- Month-end ownership for Accounts Payable.
Profile
The ideal profile for this Senior Accounts Payable Assistant position, should have the following attributes:
- Broad technical experience in managing end-to-end Accounts Payable processes.
- Several years of experience within a similar senior/specialist Accounts Payable (purchase ledger) capacity.
- Able to work within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in streamlining and process improvements.
- High levels of attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Experience with Business Central would be advantageous.
Salary & Benefits
£40,000 to £45,000 plus benefits including:

The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.
