We are looking for recent graduates/ juniors to join a leading investment manager in their London office. They are value investors across the globe in both equity and fixed income asset classes. No experience is needed, the most important quality we are looking for is the ambitious and drive to want to build a careers in Investment Management.
The role sits within the client services team and will also provide some support to the institutional business development team. You will develop in-depth knowledge of investment management, asset classes, portfolio structures and the importance of high quality relationships with clients.
Client Services Support Function
- Work closely with the Client Services team in helping to service institutional client relationships;
- Handle a variety of regular client reporting requirements;
- Co-ordinate and respond to ad hoc client and consultant requests;
- Help to arrange meetings and regular service calls with clients and consultants;
- Respond to questionnaires and data requests from clients, consultants and other parties as required
- Assist in maintaining various databases for the firms UCITS funds.
Salesforce Function
- Use output to assist in preparing for client/prospect meetings and to provide analysis for team members.
- Ensure database of contacts is kept up to date;
- Maintain and ensure accuracy of key data points;
Presentation Book Management
- Request and review presentation materials as needed.
Business Development Support Function
- Provide support to the business development team where needed;
Requirements:
- Degree educated
- Driven to build a career in Investment Management
- Keen to study towards the IMC and CFA qualification
