We are partnered with a independent commercial insurance broker based in the Coventry area, looking for a commercial account handler. The successful candidate will preferably have a strong background in handling commercial insurance policies nevertheless, our client will consider someone from a personal lines background too. The successful candidate will be able to work with a range of clients across various industries.
There will be flexible home working, 3 days in the office 2 from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, including renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business
- Providing excellent customer service to clients, including answering queries and providing advice on coverage options
- Negotiating premiums and policy terms with clients and insurers
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client policies and interactions
- Providing support to the sales team in the development of new business opportunities
Requirements:
- Commercial Broking experience required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
