Description
- Analyse financial data and performance to assist in strategic decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Conduct regular financial analysis to identify and resolve issues, gaps or variances.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business objectives and determine fiscal requirements.
- Prepare and present financial reports and metrics to internal teams and senior management.
- Develop financial models to support valuation, planning, and forecasting.
- Assist in driving process improvement and policy development initiatives.
- Support with other accounting and finance related tasks as required.
Profile
A successful Finance Analyst should have:
- A CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualification.
- Proficiency in data analysis and financial forecasting.
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in the use of financial software and MS Excel.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
