A skilled and motivated Bicycle Mechanic with relevant experience is needed to join the team at this leading retailer of e-bikes and bikes based in Wokingham on a full-time basis.
You will be responsible for performing repairs, maintenance, installations, support calls and enquiries as well as maintaining the warehouse.
This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work under pressure as well as being a vital member of the team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of e-bikes for use, delivery of e-bikes and carrying out service and repair work for their dealers and customers
- Independently diagnose issues and troubleshoot problems
- Supporting colleagues, dealers and customers with regard to service, repairs and sales & after-sales processes, as well as attending exhibitions, etc
- Correct and consistent recording of each repair and service in their system, and timely contact & communicate with customers about the progress of repairs when necessary
- Identifying and passing on additional dealers and customer needs and buying signals to existing customers
- The capacity to solve problems and consider issues from another perspective (out of the box thinking)
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Product development & improve on existing and new models, work with the team to provide support and expertise to product development team
Required Experience:
- Minimum of intermediate vocational education, Certificate Bicycle Mechanic Training, such as Cytech
- Previous work experience and a good sense of service
- Team player, ability to work as part of a team
- Good knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office
- UK driver's licence
