Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm

Our client is seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join their team. With a commitment to quality and customer care
As the Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to external contacts, clients, and colleagues. You will manage front desk operations and perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of the office.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and screen all incoming telephone calls in a professional manner, take messages, and transfer calls to appropriate persons/departments.
  • Welcome visitors and colleagues, offering hot and cold beverages and notifying the relevant person of arrivals.
  • Manage front door security via CCTV.
  • Manage the reception email inbox, responding to or redirecting emails as required.
  • Book meeting rooms and serve hot and cold beverages as required.
  • Monitor and replenish meeting room refreshments and stationery.
  • Work closely with department managers to understand their needs and expectations for their department's calls, emails, and visitors.
  • Provide a high level of professionalism and customer service to external contacts, clients, dealers, and colleagues.
  • Maintain the organisation and presentation of the reception area.
  • Provide administrative support to department managers and the office coordinator.
  • Manage office sundry contracts.
  • Handle incoming post and distribute it to relevant persons accordingly.
  • Perform any other duties as required by the HR Manager, Managing Director, and department managers.

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer service attitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanour.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or in a similar customer-facing role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
