My client is currently seeking a customer service focused individual to join their Reception team as a Telephonist. This role is ideally suited to an experienced call handler with excellent communication skills and a professional manner.
You will be responsible for handling a volume of telephone calls, taking messages and directing calls.
Candidates must show a pro-active, professional, and friendly attitude and demonstrate the highest standards of customer care. Excellent communication skills together with the ability to process calls quickly and efficiently are essential.
Applicants must be computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Outlook.
