Role:
- Forecasting and Planning: Lead our quarterly sales planning cycles and manage the commercial forecast of marketing promotional campaigns.
- Weekly Performance Review: Prepare and present "beat year ago" meetings with the CMO, CEO, CFO, and COO. Diagnose weekly performance and provide insight-led recommendations.
- Margin and Menu-Mix Analysis: Analyse product category trends and identify margin optimisation opportunities.
- Post Promotional Performance Review: Lead cross-functional reviews and provide insights into promotional performances.
- Digital Marketing Collaboration: Partner closely with our digital marketing lead to optimise the return on investment of app offers.
- Test and Learn Initiatives: Own and drive our test and learn committee initiatives.
To be considered for this role, you should have an impressive career to date and a strong academic background. You are either currently studying for your accountancy qualification or are already a qualified accountant with a few years of experience in an FP&A or commercial finance role, where you have genuinely added value.
