We are hiring a Part Time Recruitment Admin Assistant with experience working in a recruitment agency and using Bullhorn. We're looking for someone personable, engaging, confident and empathetic to join our team!
Location: Radlett, WD7 (hybrid)
Hours: 15-20 per week (flexible)
Salary: £26k-£28k FTE
To start: ASAP

About the role:
- Experience in a recruitment agency as a resourcer or administrator is essential.
- Strong admin and IT skills.
- Previous/current Bullhorn user is essential.
- Chatty, charming, and confident telephone manner.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Manage job postings
- Candidate screening
- Interview scheduling
- Database management and maintenance
- Reference checks
- Reporting and compliance
- Support recruitment and charity events
- General administrative tasks
