Gleeson are delighted to be partnering with one of the West Midlands fastest-growing financial services businesses in their search for a Senior Marketing Executive to join their team in Birmingham.
Reporting into the Marketing Director, you will play a leading role in building and executing campaigns, creating compelling content, managing the social media strategy, co-ordinating events and reporting on marketing campaigns.
Our client is looking for someone with experience in marketing, with a strong background in campaign management. You will also need to demonstrate that you have delivered impactful and successful campaigns, developed brand presence and driven lead generation through organic and paid channels.
"What will I be doing day-to-day?"
- Planning, executing, and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Developing and overseeing the production of marketing materials, including digital content, brochures, and promotional assets.
- Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and optimise marketing strategies.
- Overseeing social media strategy and execution to ensure consistent messaging and engagement across platforms.
- Working with data analysts to report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Supporting the planning and execution of marketing events, such as trade shows, webinars, and promotional events.
- Working closely with the sales and product teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals.

Our client is offering a competitive basic salary of £30-40k per annum. You will also receive performance related bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and retirement plans.
Please note: this role will be based out of our client's offices 5 days per week.
