Covering the East Midlands Patch

£40,000 - £45,000 Basic Salary + Bonus + Pension + Benefits + Vehicle +Private Medical

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a leading company and large manufacture within the materials handling and forklift sector. They are looking for an ambitious and dedicated regional service manager to come on board.

You will play a crucial part within the business managing a regional patch, you will be responsible for engineers and customers within your area.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Direct manager for team of field service and workshop engineers
  • Regular contact and visits to customers in area
  • Account management skills and building relationships
  • Responsible for engineers workload and managing their performance

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Service management, controller or team leader experience
  • The ability to plan and organise the region
  • Excellent customer service skills and relationship building skills
  • Commercial mindset

Benefits Package:

  • £40,000 - £45,000 basic salary
  • Annual bonus
  • Monday - Friday role
