We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Management Accountant to the School's dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the school's financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Monitor and manage budgets, providing detailed analysis and forecasts.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely payments.
- Conduct financial audits and implement internal controls.
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Provide financial advice and support to the school's leadership team.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and strategic planning.
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the education sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
