Administrative Assistant FTC for a Hedge Fund in the West End.

A London based Hedge Fund is seeking an Admin Assistant to support the Head of HR on a 12-month contract with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate. This is a hugely varied role that also involves covering a reception desk and providing EA cover during absences. This is a prime opportunity to join a well-established company offering a fantastic benefits package.

Role: Admin Assistant

Duration: 12 months

Salary: Up to £50,000 DOE

Working Hours: 08:30 – 18:00

Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days WFH (first month fulltime in the office for training)

Location: West End

Responsibilities:

  • Provide admin support to the Head of HR
  • Based at a 4th floor reception desk and so must be comfortable managing reception duties
  • Slot into any team where EA support / cover is needed in cases of absence and holidays
  • Diary and calendar management
  • Book and coordinate travel

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience, particularly diary / calendar / travel management
  • Strong all rounder
  • Great personality and willing to muck in and pick up things where needed
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
