Are you an IFA Administrator or Paraplanner working towards your level 4 diploma and want to be an Adviser ASAP? Are you looking for clients to be provided when you are signed off rather than having to generate your own clients? My client is a wealth planning firm with its main office in Reading with 2 established Advisers and a full support team of Paraplanners and Administrators. They offer financial advice on a whole of market basis across: pensions, investments, tax planning, estate planning and some protections etc. with HNW retirees and families. They have grown the trust of their clients and grown organically via recommendation and referral across Berkshire, Hampshire and parts of Surrey and Buckinghamshire.
A brand new role has become available for a Trainee /Junior Adviser. This role will be suitable for a Paraplanner or Administrator who has completed their diploma or is very close to completion and is looking for the next step in their career to become a Financial Adviser. You will be working in a very dynamic and forward-thinking team who all have a progressive mindset and want to achieve at the highest level and drive the business forward and get the most out of their careers. You can work remotely but the expectation will be that you come to office more once you have started your role then you can run your own affairs. Client meetings are held away from the offices in mutually agreeable locations with the clients or in their homes. All your travel expenses will be covered. The directors have a bank of clients which need servicing and this role will involve you servicing any active clients and livening up any dormant clients or those who have done been serviced for a while.
