Responsibilities:
- To assist the Technical Manager in maintaining food safety, quality, and hygiene practices across the UK business.
- Provide competent and efficient support to both technical and other internal functions.
- Ensure safety, quality and legality of product and practices across the business, to provide site technical team with information about adherence to compliance against required standards.
- To identify and communicate any deviations from the standards using audit and inspection of premises, practices, processes, raw materials and finished products against specified standard
