On Target Earnings: £28,000 to £30,000

Our client, a leading independent estate agent, is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Negotiator to join their successful team. This is an excellent opportunity to further your career in the property industry, with a company that values excellence and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Register and build rapport with potential home buyers
- Arranging valuations with both vendors and potential purchasers.
- Dealing with initial enquiries about the market and qualifying Sellers by fact finding on their situation and assessing it accordingly.
- Advising potential purchasers and sellers on the current property market.
- Identifying new clients for the business.
- Negotiating property deals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the property industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the local property market is an advantage.
- A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
