Description

As a Senior Internal Campaigns Communications Manager, you'll help our people connect to our purpose, live our values and become advocates for the brand.

You'll help drive engagement and alignment behind the business's strategic business priorities, helping create clarity for people on their contribution to these.

You'll be the beating heart of our internal campaigns, creating and delivering activity from brief to execution to connect people to our strategy, purpose and values and help them do their best work. You'll also be a whizz at measuring outputs to capture campaign success.

This is particularly important as we continue to embed our new employee social platform, Workvivo, driving engagement through consumer standard content and world-class creative brilliance.

You'll create unmissable, dynamic, and compelling content that supports and embeds the brand's purpose; "With you Today, for a Better Tomorrow". Putting the voice of our people and customer centricity at the heart of our communications.

Profile

  • A wealth of experience in internal communications, particularly in creating engaging and creative campaigns across a range of sectors and industries
  • Highly honed and proven creative skills, able to change hearts and minds through different ways of communicating, drawing inspiration from a variety of sources
  • Commercial acumen, with the ability to influence a variety of stakeholders, all the way up to C-Suite
  • Be comfortable leading and rolling up your sleeves to get stuck in with delivery
  • Confidence communicating in a corporate matrix organisation, creating digital content that can cut-through complexity and bureaucracy to reach a busy audience spread across multiple sites

Job Offer

  • Interim role
  • Salary - £70,000
  • FTC position to cover a maternity cover

  • 3 days a week in the office - hybrid working
