These opportunities do not come around often. It's a sales role but you'll be given time to adjust, time to build your pipeline and client base. All you have to do is show up with the right attitude and behaviours.

Good news, this role is available not because someone has left the business, it's available because there's been a promotion to Global Head of Sales. You'll benefit massively from this as all the wisdom, knowledge and accounts will now be placed in your capable hands. This will be a gradual process, embedding you into this close-knit is imperative and getting you up to speed with the products and solutions, ensures a smooth handover process.

Once settled in, you will be gradually introduced into the accounts. Getting to know them, reviewing what they have purchased, why and how you can further add value. Adding value normally impacts the revenue in a positive way. New Business will also be an expectation and you'll be rewarded accordingly so.

Your accounts will be aware of who your business is. You have the market share, almost an unrivaled product and a solid reputation. It'll certainly help you in this role knowing that your business and your products are already highly thought of and there's not (if any) competition it's all about driving and building the relationships.

This role really does need you to be from the world of print and signage for you to hit the ground running. It's a technical product and solution. So knowing your stuff when it comes to print and signage will give you a huge advantage. You'll be tasked with nurturing, building and prospecting people within the printing industry. Your clients could be distributors, direct manufacturing clients and everything in between.

You'll be joining a small business but one that operates globally. With time, this role will also become a global role but first and foremost, let's ensure that as your boss transitions into the new role, that the clients are nurtured and you're focusing on building the market share in the UK. The team is well-oiled, operating efficiently and slick. Your future colleagues (all 20 of them) have great longevity with the business, once you are in, you're in.

Whilst this is an external role, you will need to be in the office a couple of times a week, so you've got to be happy with a commute around the South Manchester area. You'll be out on average 3 days a week so a driving license and the flexibility to work away from home is essential in this role.

No CV is needed to kick start a conversation on this role so if you see this and want to know more, just pick up the phone and give us a shout. Matt Hanley is the best person in our business to help on this one.
