I have a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced Collections professional based in Bristol. My client is within the financial services sector, and is currently looking for an experienced Collections/ Credit Controller to join there team.
You need to have Collections experience for the last 2-3 years, and be based in the South-West. This is a office based role, looking to move to more hybrid after a successful probation period.
My client offers good career progression, office working hours, Monday to Friday, and a fantastic team environment. You will earn a Ann bonus on top of your base salary, and work for a very sought after company.
You will have a mixed role of admin as well as being on the phone to customers chasing debts. You will need to have a clear and professional telephone manner, who is understanding and patient, and can offer very good customer services. You will be responsible for the collection of debt owed to my client, from there business clients.
