Internal Telesales Executive
Our internal sales office is a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on innovation and next-day delivery services. This role offers an exciting opportunity to interact with customers across the construction industry and other sectors.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to both warm and cold leads.
- Engage potential clients with confidence and professionalism.
- Identify and seize sales opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Update our company CRM.
- Generate leads for account managers and the outbound sales team.
- Comfortable making numerous outbound calls daily.
Requirements
- Proven track record in telesales or a similar role.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Strong resilience and not easily deterred.
