SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking dynamic, committed, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our innovative team. If you have a passion for helping young people and possess strong organisational skills, this role is for you. We value individuals who can support both in and out of the classroom, with good numeracy and literacy skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with pupils and staff.
Day to Day of the role:
- Work closely as part of a dedicated team, supporting a range of classroom activities.
- Provide one-to-one support to pupils as necessary.
- Assist with the planning and execution of outbound trips and activities.
- Contribute to team meetings and assist with basic reporting.
- Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment for all pupils.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Good numeracy and literacy skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to take on a variety of duties.
- A good sense of humour and a positive, cheerful disposition.
