Data Cleansing Assistant

Temporary Role 4 - 6 week assignment
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable speaking with customers? We have an exciting temporary opportunity for a Data Cleansing Specialist to join my client's team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact approximately 2,000 customers via phone from an existing list.
- Gather and verify important customer data, including contact information and other key details.
- Accurately enter and update all collected data directly into an Excel spreadsheet.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout all interactions.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across the spreadsheet.
Essential Skills and experience:
- Strong communication skills and comfort in speaking with a variety of customers.
- Experience working with Excel and a high attention to detail when entering data.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively to complete the task.
- Previous experience in data entry or customer service is ideal but not essential.
