About the Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to lead our Humanities Department. The role is a full-time position starting in September on a temp to perm contract. This is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact on the academic and personal development of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing the Humanities Department
- Developing and implementing the curriculum
- Inspiring and motivating students and staff
- Ensuring excellent behaviour management
- Communicating effectively with students, staff, and parents
- Demonstrating outstanding leadership skills
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Humanities teacher
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent behaviour management abilities
- Exceptional communication skills
- Enthusiasm and a passion for education
