Procurement Analyst | Flexible – working | £355 per day | 3 Months | Interim
Castlefield Recruitment are currently working exclusively with a fantastic organisation in South Yorkshire to recruit a Procurement Analyst.
We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join on a temporary basis for a 3-month placement. This role is focused on supporting the development and enhancement of key reporting and data management processes within our client's procurement function.
The successful candidate will need to be flexible, with the ability to work in the office at least one day per week (South Yorkshire based).
Role:
- Develop and refine procurement reporting processes using existing tools and date
- Design and implement dashboards to consolidate information from various procurement sources
- Create templates for reporting based on current data collection methods
- Enhance data collection templates for regular analysis of procurement spend and financial data
Person:
- Understanding of procurement and contract management processes
- Experience in document and process development
- Proficiency in Excel and IT tools, including dashboard creation and automation
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and analyse large datasets
- Public sector experience would be highly advantageous
