Are you an experienced Recruiter/Resourcer who is immediately available looking for a dynamic role in a fast-paced, hands-on environment?
We are looking for a Recruiter to join an organisation based near Winchester on an initial 3 month contract to support the busy hiring needs across the business. You'll play a vital role in attracting and hiring key talent to keep their network running smoothly.
Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for Service Technicians, Assistant Centre Managers, and Centre Managers.
- Proactively sourcing candidates through a variety of channels.
- Screening applications and setting up interviews.
- Liaising with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide recruitment expertise.
- Coordinating offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Maintaining accurate recruitment records and reports.
- Representing the employer brand and providing an excellent candidate experience.
Recruiter Skills:
- Proven experience in high-volume, multi-site recruitment.
- Strong sourcing and skills.
- Experience recruiting for technical or operational roles (automotive or retail sector experience advantageous).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work at pace and manage competing priorities.
- Highly organised with great attention to detail.
