Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales performance? We're looking for a proactive and motivated Reservations Supervisor to lead our client's dynamic holiday reservations team.

In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for overseeing all inbound and outbound holiday enquiries, ensuring high conversion rates and exceptional service standards. You'll inspire and guide your team to meet and exceed revenue, occupancy, and yield targets while championing a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the reservations team to meet booking and revenue goals.
  • Handle inbound and outbound holiday enquiries across phone, email, and social media.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and accurate data capture.
  • Follow up on leads, manage bookings, and chase outstanding payments.
  • Upsell additional services and maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
  • Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Support training, admin, and reporting as required.

What You'll Need:

  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Experience in a customer-facing and sales environment.
  • Supervisory experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
