A great opportunity has arisen in our niche client law firm based in Stanmore where you will be working in a great dynamic team.
Our clients are seeking a Residential Property Solicitor of between 2-3 yrs plus pqe to join them in their modern offices, situated close to all amenities. They offer bespoke services to meet their client's expectations and are keen to bring someone on board who has the same desire and working ethos. You will be confident in making sure that sales, purchases and property transactions all run as smoothly as possible.
The successful candidate will have experience in managing their own caseload with very little supervision, where you will be dealing with first time buyers, property developers, companies and Landlords in the purchase and sale of apartments, office buildings, family homes and luxurious London residences. It is also important to have good networking skills.
There is the opportunity to be trained up in Commercial Property also.
Salary: region : £35-45,000pa plus bonus
Hours: 9-5.30pm
Holidays; standard plus extra days/ bank holidays.
Some hybrid working considered after probation period.
