The Role:
The ideal candidate needs to have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They must be a confident, sales-focused individual and be proactive in self-generating leads.
Responsibilities
- To Build Strong relationships with prospective clients.
- To Make outbound telesales calls to potential clients to profile and qualify the prospect, using your knowledge of the solutions on offer.
- Visit potential customers and prepare proposals for presentation to the client.
- Manage sales pipeline - build & maintain a steady growth of new customers.
- Pro-actively contact customers to ensure that we are satisfying the needs of the customer and with the intention of developing further business opportunities (up/cross-sell)
- Track metrics to ensure targets are hit.
Qualifications
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing.
- Demonstrated sales success.
- Ideally, experience in logistics (parcel delivery) sales.
- Driven to succeed in the workplace and a keen learner.
- Passionate about sales and customer service
- Strong negotiation skills, communication and presentation skills
- CRM experience is preferred.
- Must hold a valid clean UK driving license.
