Are you currently studying or successfully completed a mechanical engineering degree or have some technical knowledge and looking for an entry level position?
You will support the Print Manager in a busy environment on all Digital Print activities in the print room.
Working the heat press, managing all fabric print orders. Support to the Print Supervisor on order processing and order management.
Because you will be joining a small team, I need your can-do and problem-solving approach to ensure our Digital Print operation runs smoothly.
The hours will be from 7am to 3.30pm
These are flexible to interchange.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Loading and managing media files on the printer
- Calibrate and maintain printing machines with support from Print Manager
- Provide colour matching services for customer orders with support from Print Manager
- Quality control of fabrics
- Liaise with Warehouse staff for dispatch
- Managing the clean and organised approach to print room environment and cleaning routine for printers
- Support on stock control of fabric
Experience and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally operating digital printing machinery or recent mechanical graduate
