Role: Private Client Paralegal / Fee Earner
Location: Coventry or Kenilworth
Salary: £22,000 - £30,000 + DOE
Simpson Judge are proud to be currently recruiting for a multi-Disciplinary and long standing Legal firm who have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Private Client Paralegal or Fee Earner to join an established Wills and Probate team.
This role will see the successful candidate joining a thriving and welcoming teams in either the small town of Kenilworth or Coventry, the firm is well known for offering long term progression to training contracts for those who may seek it and offer the enthusiasm and ability to warrant it.
Some of your day to day duties will include:
- Handling a varied caseload of files including: will preparation, estate administration, trusts, inheritance, tax mitigation and Court of Protection issues.
- Providing excellent client care.
- Assisting the senior solicitor in the department with their current caseloads.
About You:
The ideal candidate will be a fee earning Paralegal with the following traits and experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of handling or assisting on caseload of Private Client matters.
- You will possess strong technical knowledge and should have a meticulous eye for detail
- Excellent interpersonal and consultancy skills in order to confidently engage with colleagues and clients
