Active Recruitment are currently working with an outstanding Mainstream Secondary School in Harlow, who are looking for an experienced SEN Youth Support Worker to join them ASAP, on a long-term basis with a view to go permanent. As an SEN Youth Support Worker, you will play a key role in helping to make an impact for students with special educational needs including learning difficulties, autism, social and emotional needs.
Roles and responsibilities of the SEN Youth Support Worker:
- To support students with their learning in lessons, working with them individually and in small groups.
- Assisting kids with learning disabilities, Autism, challenging behaviour, SEMH.
- Supporting students, who have special needs, with their learning.
- Demonstrate skill and initiative working with young people.
