Signature are thrilled to be seeking a confident and welcoming receptionist to work on a part time, temporary basis in a Student Accommodation central office on the above dates.
The details
- £13.15 per hour
- Holiday pay
- Half hour lunch break
- Based very close to Bond Street Station.
Working days will be:
- Training day on 24th September 09:00 - 12.00
- Working days will be 25th, 26th and 30th September and 1st, 2nd and 3rd October (Tues, Wed, Thurs)
We are seeking an individual who possesses exceptional organisational skills, coupled with a warm and welcoming personality and is reliable to join the team for holiday cover on the above dates.
You will be responsible for various tasks, such as:
- Welcoming, and signing in people to the building.
- Managing the diary for meeting rooms
- Answering emails
- Booking travel
- Meeting and greeting visitors.
