Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of mechanical components and systems.
- Create detailed engineering drawings using CAD software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Perform analysis, testing, and evaluations of existing designs to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers.
- Stay updated with industry developments and latest technological advancements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a mechanical design engineer, preferably in a senior role.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proficient in using CAD software, such as Creo or Siemens NX.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and best practices.
- Good understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and quality standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
