Primary ECT Teacher

As a Primary ECT, you will join a dedicated team, teaching either a KS1 or KS2 class, to be determined closer to the start date. You will benefit from a superb Induction Year Programme and the dynamic leadership of the SLT, known for their support and dedication to staff development.
About You
- Early Career Teacher ( ECT )
- Confidence in teaching primary lessons to all abilities
- Good behavior management skills
- Ability to inspire and innovate in the classroom
- Passion for education
- Strong-willed and confident with a record of 'Good' or better classroom practice
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
