Prospero Teaching is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Science Technician to come and work under our agency. This school is rated Outstanding by Ofsted. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong background in science to help and support students in a dynamic learning environment.
AS A SCIENCE TECHNICIAN, YOU WILL:
- Ensure all necessary tools, equipment, and materials are ready for use in classes, workshops, or projects.
- Regularly maintaining and repairing equipment to ensure it is safe and functional.
- Keeping track of inventory and ordering new supplies when needed.
- Providing technical support and assistance to teachers and students during lessons and projects.
- Demonstrating the proper use of tools and equipment, and safe working practices.
THE RIGHT SCIENCE TECHNICIAN WILL:
Hold a qualification relating to Science
Creative, patient and willing to think outside of the box
Hands-on experience with various scientific materials, tools, and equipment.
THE SUCCESSFUL SCIENCE TECHNICIAN WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
Exceptional degree relating to Science- Physics, Biology, Chemistry
Eligibility to work in the UK
Salary paid to scale - GBP90- GBP100 per day - Inner London pay
