Your Role
As an Inside Sales Executive, you'll support our German-speaking partners and customers with product information, quotes, and solution guidance—ensuring smooth sales cycles and strong business relationships.
Job Requirements
What You Bring:
- Fluent in German (native or near - native) and strong English communication skills (written and verbal). Other languages (French, Spanish, or Nordics) a plus.
- Experience in inside sales, channel sales, or B2B customer service
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with CRM and partner portal tools. (or willing to learn fast)
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Great to have but not essential:
- Experience working with channel programs or indirect sales in tech, SaaS, or IT industries.
- Knowledge of the DACH market and partner ecosystem.
Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with existing and prospective resellers and vendors in the DACH region
- Respond to inbound inquiries and generate outbound opportunities
- Prepare accurate quotes and follow up on pricing and availability
- Support the sales team in account management and pipeline growth
- Collaborate with vendor and channel teams to promote new products and promotions
- Maintain up-to-date records in our CRM system
