Duration: Until 31 March 2025 (Possibility for extension)

Location: London/Hybrid (2 - 3 days per week on site)

Rate: A highly competitive PAYE Day Rate is available for suitable candidates

Role Profile

Look no further! Our client, a leading investment bank, is seeking a motivated System Planning Analyst (Bi-Lingual) to join their dynamic team.

As a System Planning Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing general day-to-day administrative support to the ITSD staff. Your responsibilities will include supporting the department budget control process and procurement process, managing IT assets and related projects, and handling high levels of correspondence and queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide general day to day admin support to the ITSD staff
  • To support department budget control process and procurement process - issue POs and process invoices for internal approval before sending in Coupa for payment, as well as processing all ITSD staff expense claims
  • IT asset control and support IT asset related project - process IT asset related Ticket ( leaver and loan laptop) and manage inventory.

Skills & Experience:

  • Invoice payment experience
  • Budget management experience
  • Enthusiasm, accuracy, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and organisational skill to manage high workload and adaptability.
  • Previous administration role in financial sector or similar is preferable.
  • Must be confident in handling multiple databases.
  • Expected to handle high level of correspondence/queries from both local and Japanese expats independently.
  • Team-worker with willingness to "go-beyond" and "exceed expectation" attitude towards problem solving is preferable.
  • Strong numerical skill and financial knowledge (budget control) is a plus.
  • Must be able to use Excel and Word, College/University graduate or equivalent.
