Salary: £23,275.88 - £26,232.39 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week, term time plus 10 days (Part time hours considered upon request)

The Role

The Trust have an exciting opportunity to join their Core HR team as a field-based HR Officer. This key role will provide professional advice and support to an agreed hub of schools within a geographical area, this role is working in the Cambridgeshire hub of schools. This will include supporting HR colleagues with basic training, supporting with recruitment where needed, and general support with HR transactional work. The post holder will support HR colleagues in schools in carrying out their day-to-day HR tasks.

The ideal candidate

  • Strong and demonstrable administration skills
  • Willingness to undergo further training and development
  • Positive and enthusiastic approach
  • Previous experience in HR Administration
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Driving License and reliable access to a vehicle
