Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service over the phone

- 70% Online Ticketing Responses 30% Inbound and Outbound Calls
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent phone communication skills
- Ability to work some weekends
