THE ROLE:
Overall, you will lay the groundwork for efficient helpdesk operations and ensure successful deployment of IT projects.
- Provide Level 3 Support: Offer advanced support for helpdesk tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
- Project Management: Lead and manage IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.
- Microsoft 365 Expertise: Utilise in-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 to support and improve client environments.
- Cyber Security: Implement and maintain robust cyber security measures to protect client and company data.
- System Monitoring: Regularly check and ensure that all systems are functioning optimally for the team.
- Network and Server Management: Maintain a thorough understanding of networks and servers to support and troubleshoot as needed.
- IT Security & Best Practices: Ensure all operations adhere to the highest IT security and best practice standards.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Recent experience in all of the above tasks
- MSP experience essential
- Driving license is beneficial for client visits.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
- £25,000 - £35,000, dependent on experience
