We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to head up our clients top performing offices in Marylebone. The agency is one of the largest global property businesses and as Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role by growing market share, foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the business.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as Sales Manager in a real estate agency environment.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, industry trends, and local market dynamics.
  • Having a results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving sales performance and revenue growth.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong client relationship management skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate challenges in a fast-paced and dynamic real estate environment.
