£23,000 - £25,000 per annum + monthly bonuses
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8.30AM - 5PM

Responsibilities:
- Conduct phone screening interviews and evaluate applicant qualifications
- Schedule interviews and liaise directly with candidates and hiring managers across multiple locations
- Update candidate records and job postings in our CRM
- Post positions to various job boards and manage our social media presence
- Ensure a top-notch candidate experience from start to finish
- Conduct right to work checks
- Scan and upload interview documentation
- Generate leads through research calls and sales calls
- Handle additional ad hoc duties as required
Ideal Candidate:
- Driving license beneficial
- Sales experience a plus
- Basic knowledge of right to work legislation
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and composure under high pressure and tight deadlines
- Willingness to work overtime as needed on a weekly basis
- Experience in administrative, recruitment, and/or human resources preferred
- Proficiency with the MS Office package
